Create a policy proposal
City: New York City
Choose a policy challenge in a specific city. A specific policy solution must be identified that includes what you expect to achieve by implementing the policy. The governance, political, and economic challenges to implementing the policy must be analyzed. A framework for evaluating this policy must be developed with specific criteria for evaluation. Finally, you must develop a strategy and timeline for implementing the policy that takes into account the political and economic realities in the chosen city.
