● What is the article about? What is the argument? What data and methods does the author use to make this argument? Does the author give us some concepts to explain the topic? What are those concepts? How are they defined? In what ways are these concepts useful for you to understand media industries in a critical manner? What does the article say broadly about media industries and cultural production? In what ways does the article push you to think about contemporary questions around media industries and cultural production especially within the context of a pandemic?
What I am looking for in your review essays?
a. Each essay should be max. 4 double spaced pages, Times New Roman 12 font, 1 inch (2,54 cm margins). Have a title for your essay!
b. In your essay, your writing needs to be clear. Your purpose should be clear. Your thinking should be critical and original. You HAVE TO discuss the concepts used in the paper and relate to the broader logic and narrative of our course. Your essay should also have a good organization, clear flow of thought that I should be able to follow.
