The ability of private companies to conduct offensive cyber operations if attacked (aka- Hack Back).

example: The presentation topic is assigned.
You will have the responsibility for the specific subject of your presentation within that topic.
For example, if the topic is World War Two, I might choose the subject of why the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor.
The presentations will be analytic in nature. To that end, you must make a claim about the topic and argue why it is a valid claim.
For example, given my subject, my claim might be that the Japanese leadership believed that a single strike against the US Navy would destroy Americas will to fight and lead to a negotiated peace.
My argument would be based on various reasons that I believe the claim to be valid. One of my reasons may be because the Japanese leadership made such a statement. My evidence for that reason would be a quote from the Japanese prime minister.
How the argument is designed and how many reasons you have is up to you.
The presentations should be around 20 minutes.
