Timeline Project Instructions
This project has several components. The finalsubmission can be in either Word or PowerPoint format. The final submissionshould be contained within ONE file, i.e., not multiple files.
Download the file called Timeline IDs andQuestions.

Timeline Project
Open the Timeline IDs and Questions file.
Do a SaveAs and rename it as your First Name Last Name Timeline Project.
Identifications:
o Thereare 50 identifications.
~ Add2 to 3 sentences to identify each one. Remember the reporter scenario from theTips for Success and make every word count! (Example Attached)
~ Dateeach topic, event, or person. Put them in chronological order with the earliestfirst and the latest events last.
~ Forpeople, try to use the year or years where they had a major impact. Forexample, George Washingtons impactful years would be the Revolutionary War and the time period as the first president. Do the best you can with the people. There issome wiggle room as you date and place them in the timeline. Just dont putWilliam Jefferson Clinton before Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
o Choose5 of the identifications and locate an image, sketch, map, or other graphics from the internet and add to your file next to the identification with which itis associated.
~ Citeyour source for each image
Questions
o Choose3 out of the five questions at the end of the file
o Writea short essay (250 to 300 words which are about 3 paragraphs) to answer ordiscuss each question. That means a 250-to-300-word answer for EACH of the 3questions.
o Citeany and all sources used just as you did for weekly chapter assignments (TheAmerican Yawp and other books/website variations.)
