In an essay of approximately 1000 words, think of the entire project management process: scheduling, bidding process, budget estimate, contract admin, deficiency list and project completion, and post occupancy evaluation. Think of one step that in your opinion could be optimized. For example: you dont find all the documents in contract admin phase applicable and useful, and you would like to propose merging them together, or adding a new document for further clarification.
