Read each of the sections of Part 139 in this module (327-335), locate the corresponding Advisory Circular (in the 150 series), and write a 2-3 page essay (double space, APA) proposing how an airport should ensure compliance with your selected section. You may write this as an Executive memo if you desire, or a proposal, or an academic essay – your choice.
