The final research paper must be a 7 to 10 page, formal research paper on a topic of contemporary concern to the Chican@/Mexican@ community specifically, or to communities of color or ethnic communities in the United States in general. It must be in proper MLA format, including a works cited page, proper foot and/or end notes where necessary. Consult the Centro Xican@ or Learning Resource Center for assistance in writing research papers.
