Listen to the Audiobook – Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins and post the following in the Blackboard discussion board:
1. Post 3 principles/lessons learned from David’s story that can help one overcome obesity and maintain a healthy weight for a lifetime. Expand on your answers by giving a detailed example of each principle/lesson. (250 words minimum for #1)
2. Make note of all the challenges mentioned at the end of the chapters. Come up with your own unique challenge that you can share with someone struggling with weight and obesity. Detail what your challenge is and strategies on how to implement it. (250 words minimum for #2)
3. Provide an overall reaction to his story. Include any realizations/personal epiphanies regarding weight and obesity for self/family/community/healthcare system/nation. (250 words minimum for #3)
4. Finally, make at least three substantial posts (250 words minimum/post) on fellow classmate’s posts. During the discussion process, you should treat you peers and the instructor in a respectful manner. Students who do not observe this rule will be banned from the discussion forum without notice and receive a zero for the assignment.
****For clarification, you will have your initial post (answering #1-3) and also make three additional posts (#4) for a minimum total of 4 posts to receive full credit for this assignment.
