You are required to complete a research proposal, in which you research and analyze an urban policy concern in the city of Atlanta that is of interest to you. The focus for this research is on the current development surrounding the new Mercedes Benz stadium development across from the AUC and the impacts on the residents surrounding the development.  You should focus on an aspect identified by ARC that is of interest to you. If your topic is not addressed by the agency, you must clear your topic with the professor.  

Again, the final research paper is a proposal to conduct research on a topic agreed upon with the professor.
