Each student must independently complete an assigned research project using at least 10 reliable
sources, excluding required course materials. The final version of the research paper must be
posted on Canvas on or before November 8, 2021. A4 must be between 7 and 10 pages,
excluding reference and cover pages.
This research paper must
(1) explain why the assigned topic is a form or an extension of violence against children;
(2) articulate the likely impact(s) of the behavior on children,
(3) discuss the extent to which the assigned form of violence against children is common or
uncommon around the world;
(4) discuss three protective factors that inform the assigned topic on violence against children
or its related matters; and
(5) describe at least three risk factors that inform the assigned topic on violence against
children or its related matters. You must use appropriate heading for each of the required five
sections.
