In association with Chapter 5s Plain view, there is an additional doctrine known as plain smell. On your note card record the jurisdiction you choose to research.(Colordo Springs ) Describe how that jurisdiction addresses plain smell, include citations to statutes or court cases that support that description. Does the jurisdiction permit use of marijuana or hemp or both, and to what extent: medicinal or recreational? Compare it to Tennessee.
