As a human resource consultant, you have been contracted to design a new employee motivation program for an organization that employs mostly college educated professional and paraprofessional workers. Choose ONE motivational theory that we have discussed that you feel would be applicable to this population. Describe how the theory works, describe WHY you chose it, and give a few ideas (e.g., two or three) as to how you would implement the theory in the organization. How would your techniques help to make someone feel “good” about their work, as per Dan Ariely’s Ted Talk?
