The idea journal is a log of new business or product ideas.  The journal can take any form you wish.  In these journal entries you will:

– Identify a problem.

– Analyze the problem – what is the consumer ‘pain’?

– Brainstorm possible solutions in the form of a new product/ service/ business venture.

– Select and develop one idea further.

Use the template provided here on Blackboard to guide your entries.  Remember to use at least one of the tools identified in our readings in each entry.

Students will submit their completed journal with at least 15 solid entires
