Susan is 57 and she is facing something of a crisis. Her daughter is having her first baby and Susan will be a grandmother for the first time. It is bringing up some issues for Susan she wants to be there for her daughter and the baby but she will need to do less work. She is a successful psychologist with her own practice which has a clinical and a teaching arm. Susan is aware she will need to make some changes to accommodate her desire to be there for her daughter and the baby. It is also brining up for her the loss of her husband as he will not be there to be a grandfather, he died 6 months ago suddenly of a heart attack. Susan is also faced with the fact that her other two children both boys are interstate, and she cannot see them as they are locked down, she so wanted the family to be reunited for this significant event the birth of her first grandchild.
