MYERS-BRIGGS INTERACTIVE ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS

OVERVIEW

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a great tool to begin to unpack different elements of personality. While this tool is not infallible, it is a great place to start. Many students find this tool to be useful as they dig deeper into their personality. Pairing a tool like this one with the theoretical study of personality through the course provides a balanced approach to the study of personality. Keep in mind this is not an actual MBTI test, but a free test that is very similar.

INSTRUCTIONS

For this assignment, you will determine your Myers-Briggs personality type. Go to the HumanMetrics website (linked in the Myers-Briggs Interactive Assignment Resources section) and take the Myers-Briggs Personality Indicator test. Do not spend too much time thinking about your answers for each question.

● After completing the assessment and reading through the description of your personality type, compose your reaction/reflection to the personality type indicated.

● The assignment does not need to be current APA formatted, but does need to be grammatically correct, clear, and contain your 4-letter personality type (e.g., ESFJ).

● Submit this assignment as a Word document with 1″ margins.

Note: Your assignment will be checked for originality via the Turnitin plagiarism tool.
