Here is the layout of the memo:

 

1) Give a summary of what happened at Enron. Describe the Tone at the Top of the company and how it contributed to fraudulent behavior.

 

2) Identify at least one Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP) that Enron violated and how.

 

3) Identify one Internal Control Principle that may have helped to prevent the fraud.

 

4) Identify one unethical behavior that you found particularly offensive and why. Everyone who watches this film gets mad about something different! What struck you so?
