Based on the following video and the article, describe how diversity in school or the workplace helps companies to be more socially responsible. Forms of diversity to consider are cultural, racial, religious, age, gender, sexual orientation, and disability. Examples of various types of socially responsible programs might include engagement in social issues/ causal alignment, recruitment, hiring and retention, sustainability, or corporate activism.
