Then, determine if there have been any major federal amendments to the original ESA. Share the highlights of one or more amendments. Finally, research a state that has enacted its own ESA or state equivalent and share the state and anything special about this specific ESA. This would be a great time to determine if your home state has deferred to the federal law or enacted a separate law.
