In this assignment, you will discuss issues of trust between your organization and its customers. Let's refrain from discussing leadership issues and drill down to the instances where employees must work with customers at other levels.

Perhaps you work in an area where your work does not involve direct access to customers. Can you explore the trust you or your work unit supports for customers by the work you do?

Procedure

1. Post in the Forum an instance or process in your organization where customer trust is very important to success.
2. Analyze the reasons why trust is so critical in this process and identify the impacts for your organization when trust is broken.
