Please conduct outside research on the languages spoken and tips on culturally sensitive communication in your country of focus.In your post, please discuss:

1. Does the country have an official language? What (major) languages are spoken in this country?  What is the percentage breakdown of people speaking different languages?  In what regions of the country are the different languages spoken?
2. Please provide useful tips for culturally sensitive communication in your chosen country.  This may include names, body language, gestures and/or anything else you found interesting or think a manager should know.
3. Your initial post is due by the end of the day on Thursday (11:59PM ET) and your responses to 2 classmates by the end of the day on Sunday (11:59PM ET).  It is anticipated that your initial post will be 500 words in length (one page, single spaced) and reference a minimum of 3 cited sources.  In addition to in-text citations, please include your works cited at the end of your post.  You will not be able to see your classmates' posts until you have made your own.
