As we close out our read this week of Linda Greenhouse’s book Justice on the Brink, you are asked to view a companion video in which Greenhouse is interviewed about the book, offers her key arguments and observations from the book, and opines on current issues before the Supreme Court.
We will discuss both the remainder of the book, and the video, at this week’s voluntary discussion section. For this week’s DB, however, please research and write a post about the Supreme Court’s decision this past week, to allow the release of Trump Administration files and communications potentially relevant to the events of January 6, 2021.
