In this research, a sample of top six U.S. organizations dealing with big data is chosen. This study includes quantitative as well as qualitative data. Data is collected using survey method with structured questionnaire.  Purpose of this research is to answer following two questions:

1. What resources are available to train personnel to be able to work in the Business Intelligence field?

2. How can a business recruit knowledgeable Business Intelligence personnel?
