For the Week 5 assignment, you’ll analyze financial statements. You can work on that skill in this discussion.
Research an income statement and a balance sheet for a business. Review the accounting concepts, the income statement, and the balance sheet. Write a discussion post in which you answer each of the following questions. Support your answers based on your analysis of the financial statements you found.
• How is the business performing, based upon your review? Is the business growing or declining? Why?
• Where is the business focusing the majority of its resources?
• What advice would you offer to the owner or leadership of the business?
