Submit the Ideal Job Paper. Using the results of the assessments you completed last unit as a guideline, develop two- to three-page Ideal Job paper that details your ideal job in terms of motivation, job-design, organizational culture, and organizational design. The goal isn’t to list your results in your paper, but simply to use the assessments to guide the content in your paper. Incorporate various theories to support your choices. As an appendix, include the results of your assessments/experiential exercises.
