This week’s content reviewed specific models that can be used to guide a practice change. Using the assigned readings and your professional experience as a starting point, answer the following:
Summarize the commonalities (similarities) of the models.
Identify a minimum of two ways the models differed.
Describe which model reflects the formal or informal processes that have occurred at the professional organization you are employed at when a practice change has been implemented. In your response provide at least two specific detailed examples.

For the second part of the discussion about professional organization, I work in a community mental health clinic. We do psychotherapy, diagnostic assessments, medication management and basically everything that a mental health clinic does. In addition have community support workers who work in the field, see patients twice a week, help them facilitate a lot of community resources such housing, employment, most importantly reinforce interventions to them, help pick up their medications and more.
