Overview:
The CEO of Books Now, LLC read the CRM plan that was proposed. The CEO would
like you to create a 10-minute presentation for his management team to listen to your
proposal.
Instructions:
• Create an audio/video presentation using the CRM that you submitted in Unit 7.
• Design the presentation for the management of Books Now, LLC.
• Discuss how the responsibilities of implementing a CRM system will be shared
across the organization.
• Create a buy-in through your presentation.
Requirements:
• A 10-minute audio/visual presentation using a presentation application of your
choice (Example: PowerPoint, Prezi, etc.).
• The audio should be clear.
• Graphics should be appropriate.
• Use APA formatting.
• Include references.
Be sure to read the criteria below by which your work will be evaluated before
you write and again after you write.
