There has been reports on employees stating that amazon has a toxic culture. For example, "Employees have complained of everything from work stress resulting from high performance quotas to being subjected to timed bathroom breaks and having to work in social isolation."   I have to use Burke-Litwin model to solve the problem. I have to identify the external environment for sure and from the middle part of the model i have to talk about three (one has to be organization culture) and lastly i have to talk about at least two from the bottom of the model.  There is no right or wrong answer.
