Select one of the social psychological theories, concepts, or processes described in the Mor Barak (2008) article and write a 2-3 pgs describing it and exploring its connections to workplace diversity and inclusion. 

Provide examples to illustrate the connection. Include at least two additional references from peer-reviewed journals. Include a reference list in APA style (a minimum of 3 references)  .
