For Part 3 you will identify a court case in which an issue addressed by the court was the admission of evidence based on your chosen exception to the Exclusionary Rule. Then:
Provide the name of the case, name of the court, and date of the decision
Summarize the facts of the case.
Explain the issue before the court.
Explain how the court ruled on the issue.
Discuss the court’s reasoning in reaching its ruling. (Note: This should be the longest section of your brief, and should provide insight and analysis into the ruling. Please include your personal opinion as to whether you agree or disagree with the court’s decision.)
