Next, think back to the portion of the video that described how a “gratitude attitude” will help to develop and maintain emotional intelligence.

Finally: CHOOSE ONLY 1
#1- Write a minimum 15-line poem about how you’ve discovered (or how you are experiencing) Emotional Intelligence or a “Gratitude Attitude”. Then reflect on your poem by developing a minimum 15 to 20 sentence written response focusing on
what you discovered about yourself,
how you are experiencing emotional intelligence in your life right now, and
why emotional intelligence is related to the ability to listen critically and carefully.

then sit down and actually write that Thank You Note you’ve been meaning to write (then send it). Then reflect on your experience by developing a minimum 15 to 20 sentence written response focusing on
what you discovered about yourself,
how you are experiencing emotional intelligence in your life right now, and
why emotional intelligence is related to the ability to listen critically and carefully.
