1. Research an organization that has violated U.S. privacy laws and regulations.

2. Diagnose how the system failed.

3. Examine how the organization rebounded from the violation.

4. Recommend measures to prevent the violation from occurring or to reduce the risk.

5. Determine key lessons learned.

6. Internet (Google Scholar) but need to have scholarly (peer-reviewed) journal references. Typical websites, Wikipedia are not considered scholarly. 

locate and integrate into the assignment at least three quality, peer-reviewed academic resources, written within the past five years. Include your textbook as one of your resources. Wikipedia and similar Websites do not qualify as quality resources.
