DECSION 1- to un invite a friend a friend on a vacation. They have really been a bummer and I dont want the negative energy around myself or my other friends. They already confimed and it is last minute but their constant complaining and attitude is annoying
DECISION 2. should i take a client to small claims court. The clinet did a fraudelnt charge back which the bank will not overturn and my company is telling me to handle it in court. I feel this would take alot of time and energy. On the other hand the cost lost to the business is substantial.
DECISION 3 should I change vendors for a mega trip. Our current vendor is amazing and we have been working together fpr awhile with no hiccups. however, there are other vendors who charge less a savings which I can pass on to my clients. This could make more people want to go on the trips.
DECISION 4 Should I fly back to the US early. My husband wants to go see the grand kids and I would like for him to go while I stay and finish handling things with the international vendors.
