This semester you have had many different assignments: Projects (Reformulating data, community values, real world uses, perception), discussion boards, and research. Discuss the part each plays in the curriculum of the class, and how they helped/hurt your writing ability.
Check the syllabus for the Grading scale and additional information for Discussion Boards. Postings are 100-150+ words for your initial answer and 100-150+ words for your reply to another student and not stray off topic. Repetitive responses (where a student says the same thing as a response) will not be considered for grades.
