Identify the root causes of the problems or explain why you think there is an opportunity to use teams in a new way.
For example:
a. What was going on at the individual, team, and organizational levels?
b. Were people under a performance or providing mindset instead of a learning mindset? Why?
c. Were teams launched? If not, why not?
d. Were personality, cognitive, leadership style, and/or demographic differences raised and productively used? e. Was the team creative? Why not?
