08 Aug Can I be perceived as trustworthy, dependable, and consistent?
The following questions (adapted from Rogers, 1958) will help you increase your self-awareness in relation to your helping skills. For each question, I would like for you to engage in a self-analysis. If you are not currently working with clients, you will have to gauge yourself on what you know about yourself already then how you might possibly be in these areas. Please create your responses complete and in depth. You are not expected to be perfect. We all have areas we are strong in then other areas we need to work on. Please be as honest as you can.
