You are to develop at least 12 specific open-ended questions to learn about this individual and how they serve the community.
The questions should include:
- why they chose the field/career,
- where they work and community demographics,
- the job they do and how they serve the community,
- the current past and present challenges,
- positive points or what they love about their job,
- what are some boundary issues they have encountered in the field while working with clients and other professionals,
- how did they handle the boundary issues, and
- what do they wish they could change about their job/frustrations.
