This includes:
- Journaling and reflecting on your current nutrition, physical activity & sedentary patterns, sleep, AND mental wellbeing behavior (for TWO consecutive days),
- Assess your stages of change based on the Transtheoretical Model (TTM), and
- Practicing goal setting techniques that are applicable to you as an individual while identifying barriers and strategies to overcome them.

in lieu of the food journaling portion of the assignment. The rest of the Bewell assignment will also need to be completed. If the mindful eating option is not a positive alternative for you, please contact Dr. Woekel (See email above) to come to an adequate alternate plan.
