Develop a career program, group counseling program, or career treatment plan for a client or group of members from this diverse population.

Summarize an overview of the career program plan, including session topics and the theory informing your approach. Include at least 1 career assessment in your program, either quantitative or qualitative.
Explain how your plan will evaluate client or program success while considering client goal attainment and satisfaction.
