TOPIC:Design of Socio-technical Systems: What Does the Practice Tell Us?
Looking at socio-technical principles in the design of their work systems, write about your thoughts:
- To what extent do employees engage with decision-making, change in work practices, and job satisfaction?
- Based on the finding revealing employees would prefer more responsibilities, more involvement in the decision making, and in the change of work practices. Do you think that employees in the USA feel the same? Do some research and support your claims.
