Case 1 Deliverables:

Exhibit 1: The advertisement you created for Part 1.

Exhibit 2: The interview questions and rating rubrics that were created and used for the interview in Part 2.

Exhibit 3: The interview preparation list that Corey Grant created highlighting strengths and challenges.

Discussion: A case explanation for the decisions that were made in choosing the wording and location of the advertisement, as well as an explanation for the interview questions and decision whether or not to hire the candidate.

Case 2 Deliverables:

Exhibit 1: Research analysis of whether the organization should conduct background checks. Risk/Benefit analysis and final decision.

Exhibit 2: Research analysis of whether the organization should terminate Jackson Tibbits. Risk/Benefit analysis and final decision.

Exhibit 3: Communication plan for how the decision will be communicated with Tibbits. Include who will be responsible for talking to him, who else should be present, and what should be said.

Case 3 Deliverables:

Exhibit 1: Research analysis on whether the organization should terminate someone who behaved as Andrews did. Risk/Benefit analysis and final decision.

Exhibit 2: Research analysis on what kind of reference the organization should provide for Andrews if prospective employers call. Risk/Benefit analysis and final decision.

Exhibit 3: Instructions that will be given to HR for how to handle requests for references of Andrews

Format– Case Report is between 3-4 pages, not including cover page. – Case includes cover page with company logo and names. – Formatting is consistent (double spaced, 11 point font, headings are used to organize report). – Report is written in first person as the roles in the case study. – Sources are cited using APA format, both in-text and in a works cited page at the end of the report.
Research– Decisions are backed by research and explained. – Risks and benefits based on other organization examples and literature are listed and considered. – Sources are cited (in-text and in works cited page).
