Question 1) For this assignment I’d like you to identify a US. Supreme Court decision that has had a long lasting effect on the United States. You can roll all the way back to cases like Marbury v. Madison or you can do something more modern. What I want you to submit is a document that explain the basics of the case, how it made its way to the U.S Supreme Court, what the court ruling said, and why the case has had such an impact over time.
