Discuss one of the metaphors from Morgan’s writings that applies to your own organizational context. From the perspective of a leader/manager, discuss the benefit of identifying the functionality of your organization through the lens of the selected metaphor. What do you learn about your organization using that metaphor? What do you learn about your role in the organization through recognizing the metaphor at work?
This discussion is reflective (No citations/references required). First person is acceptable.

This week there are not going to be Discussion Questions. I am not asking any questions for you to answer and I prefer you not ask any questions this week as well.
This week, in this thread, reply and add your name into the subject live so each students’ initial posting can be tracked. What I would like you to each do is add value to the collective learning. Offer something of interest to you in regards to corporate entrepreneurship in general or related to any topic to this course we have shared thus far or where you want to take the discussion in regards to this course content or readings of any of the textbooks for this course.
Then, use the postings you need to earn class participation points reply to your colleagues in order to expand the learning even more. This week is more about everyone adding more value to the course as a new learning vehicle. I realize this for some of you might be stressful; if so, consider how can you add value to your peers based on your lived experiences or epiphanies you might have had thus far in this course or in your career related to this course.
