12 Aug The focus of the training program
On the 26 of April, I will have a project that I have to finish in 3 hours.
A few days before I will be given a case study that I can read and on the 26 of April I will have 3 hours to answer the question that the teacher puts forward. I don’t know them beforehand.
The questions will be in a line of a group project that we did before, see the example here below:
“The project’s objective is to gain experience and insight into developing, designing, and implementing a realistic training program by creating a training proposal. The proposal should cover the following topics:

- The focus of the training program
- Needs analysis
- Learning objectives
