Now think of your own shopping experiences. Why did you go shopping in the Nordstrom environment to begin with? What is it about that environment (Nordstrom) that drew you to it and kept you coming back? Think about the details that you notice as a consumer/customer that you don’t think retailers do. What are the really important ones (and keep in mind, these might not even be the biggest or most obvious), and why are they important to you?
