For this paper, you will have the opportunity to develop a staffing plan ( you can use your company as an example or another company through research if you so desire). The areas you will need to address are:
Recruitment
Selection
Retention
Each of these areas should include a specific plan. For example; what type of recruitment plan would you use? Would you look externally or internally, and how would this look? Where and how would you recruit your applicants?
Your paper should be in APA format and 6 – 8 pages with at least 3 scholarly references. The page count does not include the title and reference pages. Please know what are considered scholarly references. A blog is not considered a scholarly reference.
