Question 2:
What are the main concepts with which we analyze European/European Union
foreign policy? What are the main instruments/institutions/platforms of the
European Union foreign policy? Finally, what are some critical risks/challenges for
the continent? Explain at least 2 challenges. In your answers, please draw from the
recorded video lectures, the live sessions, videos, and the readings from Modules 5/6
and onwards, when relevant. Be specific. Make sure to identify important countries
and forums that are significant for European foreign policy.
Question 3:
We analyzed two international developments in this part of the class: AUKUS and
the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. Briefly explain what these two developments are about,
and what kinds of challenges they have led to/or are expected to lead to for foreign
policies of the countries involved. Make sure to specify the relevant countries and
the recent developments, and how domestic and foreign policies of the countries
intertwine in these policy challenges.
