You are to create a strategic plan to bring about the strategic innovation identified during Period Two. Please use scholarly resources.
While this is a partial strategic plan (it only focuses on one innovation) it should include the following: 1) the purpose of the organization; 2) the overarching goal of the organization; 3) an in-depth discussion of the driving trends found during the strategic thinking and foresight assignment in Period One; 4) the proposed innovation discussed in the strategic innovation process during Period Two; 5) an internal SWOT analysis as it relates to the proposed innovation; and, 6) a plan of action to diffuse the innovation.
This plan should be 6-8 pages in length.
