(1) Discuss why you believe regulatory compliance in behavioral healthcare organizations is important while providing at least two (2) reasons for your stance. You might consider the following article:

(2) Briefly explain a proposed implementation. In other words, briefly explain how you would propose to address those two aspects of compliance in the behavioral health organization you noted above. For instance, if the organization is a Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs), using the SAMHSA resources could help. SAMHSA provides information, tools, supports, etc. related to quality measures that need to be addressed:
