This policy solution proposal is the capstone project.  In this proposal, you are provided with the opportunity to demonstrate an understanding of the issues relevant to public administration, mastery of the research process, and proficiency in both written and presentation of a proposal.  This 15 minimum proposal will address a relevant policy question of your choice. The context for this proposal is to consider that you are a Public Administrator who has identified a policy problem that needs to be addressed. It will explain the importance of the issue, why it needs to be addressed, what have other scholars said about this policy issue, how you propose the issue be addressed, what information is need to evaluate the effectiveness of your
proposed solution.
