This might include facts, concepts, insights, or ideas derived from course content, outside research, your instructor, your peers, or professionals in the field.The six signature traits of Inclusive Leadership was my most valuable learning experience. I really think a leader that works with their peers is the best trait.
Section 2:

Because this assignment concerns specific, personal aspects of your learning experience so far in this course, it should be written in first person (using I, me, my, et cetera).
